This has been a great journey till date. Initially we started with
only 2 employees. Since then Hostech Support has seen a lot of ups and
downs in its journey. After quite a struggle to grow our dear
origination we increased in strength from 2
to 5 employees in few months and 75 plus in 2 years. During the
recession period we had to bring our strength down to 34 employees,
which was a heart breaking step for us. Then again we started
flourishing and now we are 50+ employees working round the clock,
ticking on the parameters that client requires.
All our technicians and admins working are well educated and certified
from reputed organizations, since we believe in delivering quality work
with great quantity. We have excelled in the journey with ultimate
customer satisfaction. Our Linux technicians are educated and certified
by Red Hat and Windows technicians by Microsoft.
We believe in the growing technology, as this is a fast growing world
nothing is permanent for a longer period. Technologies change regularly
and we need to leverage that technology and reclaim ourselves with that
technology. That is the reason we diversified with ourselves, starting
new technologies and working on them successfully.
We started the developing section a few years back along with R&D
section. In development section, we take care of developing world class
websites and application based on client’s requirements. In RND
section, it’s classified, as we are trying to develop something of our
own and place that in market, the new technology.
We started from the era where it was a normal hosting, and progressed
with the new technology, the virtual environment and now we have
stepped in the most awaited technology, that is cloud computing. We
must say that this has been because of our strong backbone, the technicians and the admins delivering more than expectations round the clock.
